A couple of secrets that the Inner Matriarch and Inner Patriarch do not want you to know.

 

1. They can only exist in an environment that is low on spiritual energy.

One of the most powerful and easiest ways of dealing with either of these toxic characters is to call on your spiritual protectors, whoever they may be or by whatever name you know them.  However it is important to distinguish a truly spiritual support system from an overly patriarchal religious system. You can use the Inner Matriarch and Inner Patriarch spotter kit to check if a system is a bit too Patriarchal. If that is the case rather than helping  the religious system may be supporting your Inner Patriarch.  

 

2. The more they fight the stronger they get
